Human Being Media is a NYC based production company and creative collective built around filmmakers, photographers, and artists who care deeply about the work.
We create commercials, documentaries, music films, and live event content with an emphasis on strong ideas, cinematic images, and real human moments. We are always looking for ways to push beyond what the format is supposed to look like.
We work closely with our clients from the first idea through the final film, bringing together the right crew for each project while keeping the process personal, collaborative, and creatively ambitious.
Whether we are shooting a festival, a brand campaign, or a documentary, the goal is the same: make something that feels original, looks beautiful, and actually connects with people.

Who We Are
HBM started with a simple idea: make the kind of work we actually wanted to see. Work with feeling, personality, and a point of view. What began as a small group of artists making films together grew into a collective built around trust, shared taste, and a refusal to settle for the obvious.
Over the years, the scale has changed, but the instinct has not. We still approach every project with the same curiosity and hunger we started with, always looking for the image, idea, or moment that makes the work feel larger than just content.
